That being said, I would suggest that you do what the creator of the mod suggests for reporting problems or bugs. It's most likely error from one of the pcfantasy mods, such as Advanced Junction Rule, which require TM:PE to be subscribed and enabled for the pcfantasy mods to operate (they are built to run on top of TM:PE). LuccasRP21: This mod is designed to work after being subscribed to from the Steam Workshop, and is designed to work with the Steam version of Cities: Skylines. However, I only use certain capabilities of the mod I do not use the AI changing parts of it. I use this mod and have not had any problems with it.
